Understand customer Quality requirements and deliver the project to the satisfaction of the customer
- Implement appropriate corrective and preventive action to eliminate non-conformances
(system, process, and product), if any, identified during the inspection.
- Identify opportunities to prevent of wastage of material and reworks
- Ensure availability of approved Quality formats, Safety formats & method statements, before
the commencement of the work, in line with contract conditions & BOQ specifications, to
prevent delays
- Ensure availability of standard reference documents like Procedures, Guidelines, Training
modules, and Quality Assurance Plans
- Facilitate revisions to reference documents suitable to the latest revisions of standards, new
developments in the system, and the needs of the organization
- Establish Visual Control on Quality Assurance, Quality Management Systems, and Quality
Planning / Deliverables at all projects
- Organize sessions for key staff to create awareness about quality systems
- Monitor follow-up action consequent to the Internal audit to close all audit points
- Identify training needs at the site and organize training accordingly
- Ensure that the corrective actions are taken based on Nonconformities
- Respond to and close external customer complaints and monitor the effectiveness
- Ensure Calibration of Measuring and Test Equipment at the site,
- Ensure proper documentation of work checklist/NC report, test certificate, etc.
