Nurture :

Manage :- Oversee day-to-day operations of the regional distribution and sales teams, ensuring alignment with company goals.
- Monitor and manage the PnL for the region, taking proactive steps to address financial performance issues.
- Ensure compliance with industry regulations and company policies, maintaining high standards of quality and safety.
