The Sales Manager is the leader of multiple hubs & branches and is
accountable for the overall sales. He is like a general manager sales responsible for planning, deploying and executing Joint
business Plans & driving resale capability.
The Sales Manager will execute the distributor strategies to deliver sales, resale fundamentals and build a winning organization.
He will be instrumental in achieving the Distributor’s Vision, by ensuring sustainable and profitable re-sale operations. The Sales Manager will achieve all of this by Leading / Managing & Motivating a high performance organization.
Requirements:
Education: Post Graduate /Graduate + Diploma in Sales/ Marketing/ 1st class Graduate, Working knowledge of Computers.
Experience: 8 -10 years of relevant experience (will be relaxed for Post Graduate), must have experience in a Leadership role handling a team of high caliber people.
Language: Fluency in English and Local language.
