Key Responsibilities:
• Establish new accounts and service existing accounts by identifying potential customers, planning, and organizing sales call schedules.
• Prepare cost estimates by studying blueprints, plans, and related customer documents and consulting with engineers, architects, and other professional and technical personnel.
• Maintain detailed knowledge of pharmaceutical packaging materials and products like aluminum foils, PVC films, blisters, glass bottles, and their manufacturing processes, export procedures, documentation, and other formalities.
• Develop persuasive communication and interpersonal skills to effectively present packaging solutions that appeal to the market and enhance products and services.
• Demonstrate excellent organizational, supervisory, and managerial skills with the ability to work outside of regular hours.
• Contribute to sales engineering effectiveness by identifying short-term and long-range issues, providing pertinent information and commentary, recommending options and courses of action, and implementing directives.
Requirements:
• Graduate with a mechanical background.
• A minimum of 3–5 years of experience in sales, preferably in the pharmaceutical packaging industry.
• Strong communication skills.
• Detailed knowledge of pharmaceutical packaging materials and products.
• Ability to prepare cost estimates and consult with engineers and other professionals. • Excellent organizational, supervisory, and managerial skills.
• Ability to work flexible hours as needed.
