Job Description
- To work both independently and collaboratively as part of a team.
- Drive EMI business across multiple categories such as Consumer Electronics, Non-Electronics, Lifestyles, NBFC partners and two wheelers Dealers.
- Establish relationships with merchant partners
- Provide extensive support in terms of issue handling and hand holding of merchants in smooth functioning of EMI process.
- Train merchants for EMI process and issue resolution.
- Plan of daily and monthly targets and ways how to achieve same via team effort.
- Expand market share in ISP driven stores by increasing sales to retailers and distributors.
- Ensure regular Visits at counters and train the staff/ Reportees on various EMI offers running on the brand.
- Maintaining good relationship with Store Manager ensuing better business.
- Increasing penetration of EMI to Total Swipe happening at the Outlet Brand EMI/Bank EMI/NBFC/ICB/DC EMI
- Providing market Intelligence Competition Benchmarking.
- Proper Training to be imparted to staff members on various EMI options available on the brand.
- Drive EMI Transactions at the Outlet ..
- Handled EMI / Sales business and should have managed a team.in 2/quarter self initiated analysis to be shared with stakeholders/manager.
