Job Description

Roles and Responsibilities:

·        Manage and oversee construction projects from conception to completion

·        Review and analyse technical drawings and specifications

·        Derive quantity and materials requirement

·        Handle and ensure quality in finishing works

·        Ensure compliance with building codes, regulations, and safety standards

·        Coordinate and collaborate with architects, contractors, and other professionals

·        Supervise and inspect construction work and progress

·        Prepare and present project progress reports

·        Troubleshoot and resolve any issues or challenges that arise during construction

·        Conduct site visits and assessments

·        Monitor and control project budgets and timelines

 

Qualifications and Skills

 

Bachelor's degree in Civil Engineering or related field

Strong knowledge of RCC works and site execution, reading structural drawings and familiarity with different types of piles/foundation and excavation methods, finishing works

Excellent communication and interpersonal skills

Ability to work independently and as part of a team

Attention to detail and strong problem-solving skills

Knowledge of building codes and regulations

Proficiency in relevant software and tools
