Key Responsibilities:
• Utilize various strategies and tools to provide effective solutions to customers' concerns.
• Communicate with clients, the parent company in Europe, engineers, and other technicians to ensure the effective delivery of services.
• Promptly follow up on service requests and provide solutions for mechanical, electrical, and electronics issues.
• Monitor equipment and machinery performance, and develop preventative maintenance measures.
• Conduct quality assurance and safety checks on all equipment.
• Deliver demonstrations to educate customers on safe and effective equipment use. • Provide recommendations about new features and product improvements.
• Monitor inventory and reorder materials as needed.
• Write reports and present findings to Managers and Supervisors regularly.
Requirements:
• Diploma or Associate's degree in Engineering or a related field.
• Ability to identify and resolve mechanical, electrical, and electronics issues independently or with backup support for major issues.
• Relevant certificate or license is advantageous. • Willingness to travel.
• Excellent active listening and customer service skills.
• Ability to manage multiple requests without being overwhelmed. • Professionalism under pressure.
