Strong experience in hard-core platform-centric software development, strong background in building platforms and private / public APIs • Experience building critical software with 24x7 availability, high performance, resilient and self-healing platforms, on OLTP as well as NoSQL tech – Mongo, Cassandra, ElasticSearch • Conduct a thorough gap analysis between customer’s need and Easebuzz’s Payment Suits and provide solutions for the identified gaps. • Arrange review sessions and obtain formal sign-off from all the key stakeholders on the requirement documents. • Participate in technology selection and provide technical assistance to Product ; Engineering during the development phase. • Ensure that the product being developed solves all the business problem it was designed to solve. • Detailed impact analysis to ensure Zero regression impact on the existing business. • Gain knowledge of the existing system with time and determine the ways to improve it. • Active participations in future innovations and help building the products by bringing new ideas and propose changes wherever needed
