Job Description
We are seeking to hire an experienced sourcing specialist for our team. Among the requirements of this team are completing your assigned tasks, leading your team, and collaborating with others.
1. Meeting channel partners and generating highly qualified leads and following-up on every lead to closure.
2. Planning, arranging, attending and coordinating with channel partner & clients.
3. To attend telephonic calls for project inquiries.
4. Day to day follow up with channel partners with Regards to clients.
5. Attending meetings with clients and brief them about our project at site office.
6. Build & Promote strong, long-lasting channel partner relationship by partnering with them & understanding their need.
Qualification and skills:
• Graduate or Post graduation required.
• Good communication skills with minimum 4 to 5 years’ experience in Real-estate
• Weekly site visit count between 10-15 nos. of channel partners and clients.
• Ability to work under pressure
• Ability to establish strong and multiply channel partners relationships
• Ability to meet deadlines competencies
