Job Description
The role involves managing all the HR practices followed within the factory of our
organization. Need to check with the Compliance of Labour laws with the industry standards.
Also need to facilitate with the employee and the organization to ensure smooth functioning
of the organization and Labour Relations.
Roles & Responsibilities
HR Operations & Admin:
? Oversee daily HR operations at the plant, including attendance management,
timekeeping, and payroll coordination.
? Ensure timely processing of employee requests (leaves, transfers, promotions) and
maintain records.
? Assist in developing HR policies and procedures specific to the plant,
Talent Acquisition & Workforce Planning:
? Manage on boarding and induction processes for new hires to ensure smooth
integration into the organization.
? Partner with department heads to assess workforce requirements and create staffing
plans
Employee Relations & Engagement:
? Address and resolve employee grievances, concerns, and disciplinary matters in a
timely manner.
? Foster a positive working environment through employee engagement programs,
open communication, and team-building activities.
Compliance & Legal:
? Maintain and update HR records, ensuring accurate and confidential handling of
employee data.
? Manage statutory reporting related to HR functions, including payroll, PF, ESI, and
other plant-specific compliances.
Health, Safety, and Welfare:
? Support initiatives related to occupational health and safety, ensuring a safe work
environment for all employees.
Key Skills & Competencies:
? In-depth knowledge of labor laws and industrial relations in a manufacturing or plant
environment.
? Strong interpersonal and communication skills with the ability to manage diverse
teams.
? Ability to work in a fast-paced, dynamic environment with a problem-solving mindset.
? Proficiency in HRMS tools, payroll systems, and Microsoft Office Suite.
Qualifications & Experience:
? Bachelor’s/Master’s degree in Human Resources Management, Industrial Relations, or
a related field.
? 3+ years of experience in HR, with at least 2 years in a plant/manufacturing
environment.
? Experience in managing employee relations, labor laws, and HR operations at a plant
