? Responsible for project managing a deployment, servicing the customer post deployment and managing stocks and inventories
? Work with the sales team to customize Scope of Work and SLA documents for TIM’s enterprise end customers
? The technical engineer will also be responsible to manage TIM’s internal IT requirements
EDUCATION QUALIFICATION
Engineer graduate in CSC/ IT/EC
WORK EXPERIENCE (Minimum years of experience required)
4-6 years of related work experience
Industry Certification
CCNA / CDCP / NSE4
SKILLS (Technical aspects)
Experience in Basic networking and its concepts.
? Experience configuring and managing networking equipment.
? Experience in TCP/IP & UDP protocols.
? Experience in static and dynamic routing (RIP, BGP, OSPF) protocols.
? Experience in switching technology (Spanning tree, Broadcast domain, VLAN).
? Knowledge on Wireless technology (802.11a, 802.11b, 802.11g, 802.11n, 802.11ac, and 802.11ax).
? Knowledge of firmware upgrades.
? Basic knowledge of SDWAN.
? Firewall hands-on experience and DMZ.
? Experience in managing & troubleshooting LAN, WAN, and network connectivity issues.
? Advanced Troubleshooting skills across L1-L7, including the use of packet sniffers, on platform diagnostics.
? Experience in solution such as serial console over IP, OOB, M2M.
? Network DevOps Engineering experience with strong Linux/Unix system administrator skills.
? Ability to program in one more scripting language – BASH or Python.
? Experience in FTP, TFTP, HTTP, HTTPS, NTP, SNMP, SMTP

? Experience in Authentication servers and its integration between other devices (routers, switches, etc.) like (LDAP, TACACS, Kerberos, Active Directory).
? Experience with Orchestration tools (e.g. Chef, Puppet, Ansible, etc.) is good to have.
