- Should have worked on open source products.
- Responsible for module designing and getting solutions implemented by the team end-to-end.
- Good communication, problem solving & interpersonal skills. Self-starter & resourceful personality with ability to manage pressure situations.
- Exposure and awareness of complete PDLC.
- Out of box thinker and not just limited to the work done in the projects.
- Should be capable for working with different technologies (java).
- Preferable if the person has exposure to databases.
