  • Candidates from Data Center Monitoring foundation will be liked or trainable asset.
  • Basic Knowledge of Unix/Windows/Backup will help for first dimension support in few ventures.
  • Good information of IM/PM/CM etc_.{Preferred}.
  • Coordinate and oversee associations with sellers and bolster track.
  • Real time affirmation and responsibility for foundation cautions. ) - Quickly address the basic cautions and catch up with particular groups till the goals.
  • Work as a main issue of contact for all specialized help groups and give state-of-the-art data to on-going episodes/cautions.
  • Handle L1 investigating, analyze the issue and endeavor to determine cautions at your conclusion to adjust outstanding task at hand of L2 specialized help group.
  • Keep a track on every uncertain occurrence/tickets and catch up with various help group until the closer, inside characterized SLA timetables.
