- Real time affirmation and responsibility for foundation cautions. ) - Quickly address the basic cautions and catch up with particular groups till the goals.
- Work as a main issue of contact for all specialized help groups and give state-of-the-art data to on-going episodes/cautions.
- Handle L1 investigating, analyze the issue and endeavor to determine cautions at your conclusion to adjust outstanding task at hand of L2 specialized help group.
- Keep a track on every uncertain occurrence/tickets and catch up with various help group until the closer, inside characterized SLA timetables.
