When I adjusted the fill, the foam shifted easily and settled without clumping, which made it simple to fine-tune the firmness. I ordered this pillow for extra joint support. In use, it stayed in place overnight and kept my hips and shoulders better aligned, especially when sleeping on my side. Memory foam naturally contours to pressure, which helps with joint support, but it can also hold a bit of warmth after several hours. The washable cover came off cleanly and went back on without stretching. It performed consistently and felt comfortable for daily sleep, and the adjustable fill and stable support explain the positive overall evaluation.
