Pre-war Leather Briefcase D.R.P. (as-is)This is one of the more popular styles of briefcase in Germany and it was fairly common before the war. It seems to have been slowly replaced by more modern bulky designs starting in the mid 1930's and isn't really seen much after the war. It has a center catch flanked but two bicycle tool box style loop closures. It is a simple and elegant design. The closures are marked D. R. P. It is in OK condition. The bottom has a small tear. If you're looking for a comfortable thick and nice turtle neck this is the one. It's nice and form fitting nice weight to it to keep you warm. But not to thick that you cant just wear it on a regular sunny day if you wanted. The design pattern Is also very nice. Can dress it up or down. I bought the black and then immediately bought the rust orange color for my friend once he tried on mine he wanted one immediately so I gifted him one. He loves it. Definitely worth the buy.
