Bought an iRobot Roomba i4+ about 1 1/2 years ago and saw this as an option for a protection plan. I was skeptical, as I know that plans similar to this one can be filled with contractual Loop holes that do not benefit the buyer. HOWEVER, this one is legitimate and came through for me when my vacuum was essentially falling apart…as I was reimbursed the full amount that I paid for it. I just purchased another iRobot, along with the same protection plan……so, from my experience, I highly recommend it.
