It's very comfy and feels like wearing any other sports bra just, well, without the straps (though they do include straps in the box that you could attach if you wanted). I'm somewhere around a 40DDD and got a 2x and it fits well, though I did wear it to work one day and by the end of the day, it did feel like it was digging/squeezing into my side a bit too much (however it had been 10hrs by then). The bra IS stretchy but if I were really any bigger, I think I'd want to go to a 3x. Only very minor issues with it slipping, nothing even close to where I was worried anything was going to pop out or anything, even after being out in 90F heat.
