Watsonia beatricisThis South African cormous perennial was planted in the garden at Penberth in the late 60's for cut flower for the house and sending away to the various flower markets across the UK. It's evergreen in most parts of the country unless severely cold. It will produce tall flower spikes up to 1. 2m from late summer onward so is a later flowering Watsonia. Plant in a well drained soil in a sunny position.

I usually would buy XL size but in this case I bought XXL thinking since it's cotton it might shrink. But when I tried the T-shirt it was too small. My older XL sized T-shirt has 2 1/2" larger total shoulder width and 3" wider body width. See attached pictures. Length was also a bit shorter by about 1/2". I will to return it.
