I think if I ordered an X-lg they would feel more like my regular panties. Giving me a little more room. Also…I was under the impression that they mostly made with cotton. The crotch is the only thing that’s 100% cotton. I’ve attached a photo of the material content. I’ll be looking for another boxer brand that is all cotton.

Someone larger or smaller would fit in the small too. I do stress that the leg holes are a bit tight on my thighs and I don't have thick thighs at all.
