It has been re headed with a brand new set of Evans heads, has the original 18 strand snares and the original fully functioning throw off & baseball bat muffler. This stuff actually smells good and the scent doesn't smell like chemicals. It comes out clear which is perfect because I bought it for my little blonde headed, fair skinned 16 month old.
