When one plug is connected to a receptacle, the circuitry isolates the second plug. The reverse "Y" provides 50A 125 250V power when only two 30A 125V receptacles are available. Note: Reverse "Y" will NOT work with 50A, 125V, 3 wire inlets. Power is provided in both circuits to the 4 wire inlet, but the dock side receptacles

Avoid this handle if you use it
Color: Black, Size: Driver side
Good Product if you don't use it, terrible product if you do use it. The plastic it's made of is too flimsy and gets worse with heat. Installed this product and it only lasted a month and a half before the metal reinforcement plate ripped off the entire plastic handle assembly.

Overall a nice replacement color matched but the fitment was a little loose even though tightened well, where the end comes toward the top of the pillar it is loose and doesn't fit flush
