Contributing to the brightness of this design is the polished nickel hardware that rises to disappear under the clean lined shade. Very good quality. Sturdy. Holds up with heavy, hot food. Food doesn't soak through. The only reason I took off one star is the cost. Way too expensive for paper plates.
