It is made entirely with hand set cubic zirconium stones and glass pearls, which is preferred over tiaras made with rhinestone chain. These stones are the closest thing to real diamonds and used in only the most elegant items. This is a nicely made jacket. Several people have commented on how they like the coloration. My only complaint is that it is a bit smaller than advertised. I normally wear XL jackets and shirts, however, this jacket fits very tight. I would recommend getting one size larger than what you normally wear.
