Raised in Des Moines, Iowa, Zox studied at the University of Oklahoma and went on to work under the tutelage of modernist Georg Grosz at the Des Moines Art Centre. It's a little thin but still has some fluff; a true fit for an all-season comforter which i like. Its also very true to its size (I needed a full size and it almost seemed a little small when i put it on, like i should have ordered a queen size but whatever it works) It's 100% polyester so it's smooth and soft and hopefully will last for a long time (im against overcomsuming so clothes and sheets i buy i want to be able to last for a decade or more). I loved the pillow shams it came with and like how they zip. Decent value for your money--you're ONLY getting the comforter and pillow shams so its a fair price and it's washable. Only thing is they had a few stray threads but nothing in the seams was coming off which is good. The reverse side is also definitely a more pinkish purple and not lavender purple as advertised but that's fine; it may also just be a lighting or contrasted against such a deep purple color that makes it look more pink. Looking forward to sleeping in it!
