The ends of the sleeves are elastic and still has stretch to them. There is lace trim around the neck. The trim has some wear and a stain on the front. There are some pulls in the material and some small areas of seam separation (an easy fix). There is a small spot near the top

My hands are often sore and cracked from the cold winter air and a lot of handwashing. I’ve tried a lot of lotions and creams over the years and would typically apply about 10 times a day.
