The writing surface is vintage paper micarta. Because it is vintage, it has some weathering and scratches but is tough and ready for wherever you need to take it. This one has a silver colored flat clip and titanium pivot screws and hardware.

These are beautiful and the perfect size for the 12” wide boards I use. The lumber isn’t cut to exactly 12” so there is a slight gap in the back towards the wall which I like for cords, and the boards stay in place with bottom screws. These are very sturdy, thick, and solid. I have not had a single problem with any of them. They are easy to install and very functional. Definitely worth the cost. I have purchased a couple of times.
