The vitamin E level is 200 IU per 2gm (cc) dose. The maximum level of selenium is at 3ppm per animal. Each 2gm (cc) dose contains 1ppm of selenium. This product is to be used as the sole source of selenium.

This oil provided my type 4 hair a lot of moisture. The texture of this product is moist. It worked for me when I needed the extra moisture to pull back my hair or to stretch my hair prior to twisting or braiding. I used it about 3 times a week.
