Imperial Taper Lock Bush 3535- 2.3/8Taper Lock bushes are suitable for use with Sprockets, Belt Pulleys & couplings Taper lock bushes are used to secure Taper Lock Pulleys, Sprockets or Couplings to Shafts. The Taper lock Bush fits into the hub with 2 grub screws, as the grub screws are tightened the Taper lock compresses onto the shaft and keyway securing the Pulley Sprocket. To remove the bush, you remove the 2 grub screws and screw one back into the third hole, lifting the bush out.

these are great fit and quality. Very easy for on and off. good for wide toddler feet. my son loved them so much he melted down when they no longer fit - wish they made them in larger sizes. they held up well. only thing that fell apart after several uses was the lining on the sole peels out and has to be repositioned to stay in place when putting the shoe on.
