These work to keep my mouth moist for hours. The only downside is the glue stays in your mouth till you can scrape it out with your finger. I thought it would dissolve but it didn’t. This works really well to wet the mouth if you have an autoimmune condition. It lasts all night if you use two, one on each side. They attach securely to the gums. Doesn’t feel bulky in the mouth. Nice and smooth against the cheek. I get the mild mint flavor which tastes good. It is flavored with xylitol which the dentist says will not rot my teeth like sugar would so I use it every day. The fact that it is sugar free really helps. I used to get the boxes that have each lozenge in a blister pack. But I’d often buy 6 boxes and then only get 2. But this has the same amount in a bottle, and they stay in good condition. Turns out the blister pack is not necessary. And this way it is all in one so no more delivery issues! Highly recommend.
