Imperial Taper Lock Bush 4535- 4.3/4Taper Lock bushes are suitable for use with Sprockets, Belt Pulleys & couplings Taper lock bushes are used to secure Taper Lock Pulleys, Sprockets or Couplings to Shafts. The Taper lock Bush fits into the hub with 2 grub screws, as the grub screws are tightened the Taper lock compresses onto the shaft and keyway securing the Pulley Sprocket. To remove the bush, you remove the 2 grub screws and screw one back into the third hole, lifting the bush out.

This USB3.1 gen 2 hub is well made, featuring VIA Labs controller (device id 2109:2822) and is made in China. It looks nice and performs according to the specs. I wish usb-c socket supported TB3/Alt DP cable to connect a display to it, but it is apparently made mainly for power delivery. I think the hub is a good value.
