The hardware and bearing edges are in great condition but the original blue sparkle wrap has some cracks and is peeling off in a few areas on the drum. There is no badge present on the inside of the drum, so the origin of manufacture is unable to be determined.

My 3 year old absolutely loves these shoes! True to size, I bought a little bit beigger so they last to summer. She can put them off and on by herself. They are very light. She wears them on sucks and sometimes without. They smell good: ) Design is perfect. She can run in them easily. Highlighly recommend even though price is expensive.
