They sent me a pre-paid shipping label. And they issues a credit quickly!. Couldn't get a replacement because the weather station is no longer made. The hose order was successfully canceled, but the insurance, for it was unable to be canceled. So I have it insurance on a product I don’t actually own. That is helpful. (Not). They were supposed to send me an email confirmation for insurance which I did not receive. It makes me wonder how their customer support would be if you actually had a claim. Based on this, I would certainly stay away from this company.
